Varsity Mile

What can you do on the track for a mile? Wouldn't it be fun to see how you stack up against your peers for 4 laps? Happy Cat Events is taking a break from the normal trail races to bring you the Varsity Mile! We will have different heats like Masters, Kids, Open, Clydesdale/Athena, Race Walk and even finish it off with a 4x400 relay for bragging rights! Top 3 Males and Females in each category will be recognized with track and field medals. 10 year age groups ribbons (yes, like you got in high school) will be awarded regardless of which race you enter. 

The awards ceremony will follow at the Alewerks taproom off Mooretown road (189E Ewell Rd). Participants will receive discounts on beer and other beverages! T-shirts are an optional additional purchase and not included in registration. They will be available at checkout and the race and post race for $10 each (cash, check or Venmo), sizes first come first serve.

Check your closets! If you can, please bring a gently used coat for donation as our community gears up for the upcoming winter season. 

After all of that hard fall training, come out and see what you can do! This should be a blast to participate and spectate!
