Strider 10 - Miler

   
 
ONSITE RACE DETAILS COURSE: This is a 5-mile out and 5-mile back course on the closed 2-lane roadway at the Dismal Swamp Trail Park in Chesapeake. FLUIDS AND FOOD: There will be 3 aid stations with water and replacement drink (i.e., Gatorade Endurance and PowerGels. Aid station locations will be at 2.5, 5, & 7.5 miles. AMENITIES & POST-RACE: Unique swag provided. Onsite hospitality & refreshments AFTER PARTY ACTIVITIES ARE FOR STRIDER CLUB MEMBERS ONLY - PLEASE CHOOSE THE "BUNDLE 10 MILE/ANNUAL PICNIC OPTION DURING SIGNUP. 

TIME LIMITS: The race starts at 7:30 AM -- finish line will close at 10:00. Walkers may arrange an early start or self-time after 10:00 REGISTRATION: Early discounted registration open through July 31st. Regular registration Aug 1st - Aug 18. ONSITE registration available from 6:30 AM - 7 AM. GOLDEN RUNNERS/STRIDER PLUS: Automatically applied at checkout thru Aug 18th.  CLUB MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNTS: A Club membership discount of $5.00 is available up thru August 18th. Discounts are automatically applied on the payment page during registration. You should use the account you used to register for the club to apply for this discount. We will also attempt to match on name/date of birth. Paper entry forms not available.
