Seeds of Hope 5K/10K

A 5K Run, 10K Run and a 2 Mile Walk on the Airline Trail in support of the Seeds of Hope Mission Projects. Run on among of the flattest and fastest 5K and 10K courses you'll find anywhere, on Connecticut's scenic Airline Rail Trail.

Packet pick up opens at 7:30 AM at the East Hampton Congregational Church. The race begins at the Smith St trail head of the Airline Trails. The race starts at 9:00 AM.

T-Shirts guaranteed if registered by Sunday, April 22nd, 2024.

Can't maker it on race day? Run as a Virtual Runner. Register and we will send you your T-Shirt if you are registered by April 18th. Run your race at your convenience and upload your results by April 28th.  

Awards presented for the 5K and 10K to the overall winners and the top three male, female, and non-binary in the following age groups: 12 and Under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.
