Run for a Cure 5K - Mansfield

Cancer is a disease that affects so many individuals and families in our community. Our 2nd Annual Run for a Cure 5K, held in Mansfield, Texas, is a fun, pink-themed event to celebrate cancer survivors, their families, and the communities that support their journey through treatment and rehabilitation. Race Beneficiary
This race benefits the Livestrong at the YMCA program with the Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA.Livestrong at the YMCA is a 12-week physical activity program designed to help adult cancer survivors regain strength through exercise.
 
Livestrong at the YMCA equips those living with, through, or beyond cancer to get back on their feet and connect with other survivors. Participants enjoy free exercise regimens catered to their individual needs. Sessions are led by certified fitness instructors at Y locations across the country. Instructors are trained in cancer survivorship, post-rehabilitation exercise, and supportive cancer care. Learn more here.
