PINEAPPLE SPRINT ROAD RACE

Date:               Sunday, March 10, 2024

                        5:45–6:30 a.m. Check-in, Note: No Late Registration on Day of Race.

                        6:45 a.m. Race Meeting and Line Up

                        7:00 a.m. 1st wave - All categories except Senior & Master Men Category 5

                        7:05 a.m.  2nd wave - Senior & Master Men 19-49 years Category 5

                        For safety reasons we are having all the Adult 19-49 Category 5 men start in the 2nd Wave.

Location/        

Start Area:       North Shore Marketplace, 66-250 Kamehameha Highway, Haleiwa

                        Parking: will be on the right side of the parking lot as you turn into North Shore Marketplace

                        Lineup: in the parking lot opposite “Breakers”

Course            

Description:      Depart North Shore Marketplace in Haleiwa and turn right onto Kamehameha Highway. Proceed over the bridge to the light and turn right onto Joseph P. Leong Hwy. Continue up the hill, turn right onto Kaukonahua Rd to the finish line approx. 1.3 miles up the road (near the Pineapple Hill Road Race finish). Race distance is approximately 11 miles.

Finish Area:      Green World Farms, Wahiawa. Refreshments will be available at the finish area. The award ceremony will be conducted at the finish area soon after the last rider finishes (approx 8:30 a.m.)

Registration and Entry Fees:

Available online at www.bikereg.com until Thursday, March 7, 2024 midnight. Hawaii Time

$50.00 – Online  via the BikeReg website (U23 & Juniors $25.00)$60.00 – Late Registration,  (U23 & Juniors $25.00)Note: No Race Day Registration.

T-Shirt: will be included for those who register by Friday, March 1, 2024. Please enter your t-shirt size when you complete the on-line registration. T-shirts cannot be guaranteed for those who register after this date.

Packet Pickup, Late Registration and USAC One-Day License – 

Packet pickup and late registration is on Saturday, March 9, 2024, 1:00 pm - 3:00 p.m., at Fort Ruger Park (aka Triangle Park) at 3906 Kahala Ave. Late Registrants who are USAC Licensed riders must present their current USAC license or on-line USAC “Authorization to Ride”. If you are USAC Licensed and signed up on-line, you’ll just need to pick up your packet. If you do not have a current USAC license you will need to purchase a One-Day License for $15.00 and complete and sign a USA Cycling (USAC) Event Release form.

Check In – RACE MORNING:

Rider check-in will begin at 5:45 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m. ALL riders must sign in so we know who is on the course. 

Categories and Awards:

No cash awards.  Gift certificates and/or prizes will be given to the top five male finishers overall and the top three finishers in each of the categories.
