À propos de l'événement
Welcome to Pastry-Bike-Pastry 9!
Take your pick between 100, 65, or 25 mile routes of self-supported, mixed-terrain cycling adventures featuring several checkpoints stocked with donuts sourced from local bakeries.
Those riding the “Long John” route roll from the shop at 8 AM on the day of the event. All other riders will leave at 10 Am. All routes occur on public, unclosed roads. Emergency personnel will be here at the ride launch to briefly close down the first road to ensure all riders leave safely together. After that point, all riders are required to abide by the rules of the road especially during the more suburban portions of each route.
Routes will consist mainly of gravel and pavement roads, with some surprises thrown in. 32mm tires or larger are recommended. Pastry-Bike-Pastry is a self-supported ride, which means all you will find at checkpoints are donuts, water, and enthusiasm, the rest is up to you! (Those who register for the “Long John” route should expect a 55 mile gap between their 2nd and 3rd ***official*** donut checkpoints, please think ahead, be aware of the weather the day of the event, and be responsible).
Registration gets you access to all 4 electronic route files and/or printed cue sheets, donuts, entry into raffles, and 1 free taco at our welcome back party following the ride. Links to the electronic route files and parking information will be emailed to all registered participants one week prior to the event date.
Registration closes April 27th, 2025 at 11:59 pm, or when the event is full. Day-of registration will not be offered.
