LOVE like JJ 5K

LOVE like JJ 5K Run and Walk Saturday, June 8, 2024 8:30 am Corwin Nixon Park, Mason, OH   On June 8, 2024 we will be hosting our Annual LOVE like JJ 5k to benefit LOVE like JJ! This year’s event will again have both In Person and Virtual options, you can walk or run - however and wherever it works best for you! Our event was created to celebrate JJ's bright light, and fundraise so LOVE like JJ can continue spreading joy and supporting children in our community.    Benefit: Race proceeds will go to support the great work of LoveLikeJJ, a 501(c)(3) organization. Throughout the year LOVE like J engages volunteers to support local students at multiple school systems through Holiday Break Food Boxes, Summer Break Snack Packs, providing books and school supplies, and so much more. Money raised through the LOVE like JJ 5k will go toward continuing to support these initiatives, please visit our website for complete details about our organization and how we make a positive impact on the lives of children within our community.   Details: Everyone who registers by May 14, 2024* will receive a special LOVE like JJ 5k 2024 performance t-shirt and commemorative medal. The In Person 5k will have music, drinks and snacks, an opportunity to support our sponsors, and entertainment for kids! An estimated timeline for the In Person event is below:

 

7:30am: Check-in Opens 8:20am: Race Line Up and Announcements - Details to come about our Special Guest! 8:30am: 5k Begins 9:30: Winners Announced

You can submit your time to our Virtual results page.    Registration fee: $30 for Adults. $25 for Kids 17 and under. Everyone who registers by May 14, 2024* will receive a special LOVE like JJ 5k 2024 shirt AND commemorative medal. Please note, early registration date has been established to ensure t-shirts are received in a timely manner for printing and distribution prior to race day. Any registration after May 14 is not guaranteed a t-shirt.   Chip Timing: This year's 5K event will be timed using MyLaps Disposable bib tags. The chip will be on the bib number. No need to turn in pull tags or return the timing chip. The 5K will include chip timing. 

 

You may sign up through race day online from your computer, tablet or smart phone.    Note: All registration will be online-only. this includes race day.
