Join us on a life-changing journey cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats, the most iconic long-distance cycling challenge in the UK. Our LEJOG ride spans 15 days, covering 1,020 miles of Britain's most stunning landscapes. It's a test of endurance, a ride for a purpose, and a unique opportunity to see the country like never before.


Event Details - LEJOG Cycle

- Date and Location: Starting on July 6th at Land's End, the route weaves through England, Wales, and Scotland, finishing triumphantly at John O'Groats on July 20th.

- Route Highlights: From the coastal climbs of Cornwall to the vast beauty of the Scottish Highlands, you'll experience the best of the UK's natural landscapes including Dartmoor, the historic city of Bath and the Lake District.

- Land’s End to John O’Groats Distance: 1,020 miles, a true test of your cycling mettle.

- Duration: 14 inspiring days of cycling plus 1 rest day in Kendal.

- Difficulty Level: We pride ourselves in being open to ALL abilities! There is no set speed, no set groups and no one telling you when you can or can’t stop. Enjoy a friendly team environment and ride the journey that best suits you.

Our carefully curated LEJOG route ensures you not only tackle the challenging riding days safely, but also enjoy the journey. With planned rest stops in picturesque locations and overnight stays in welcoming accommodations, our supported bike tour ensures a memorable and meaningful adventure.


Additional Details about LEJOG with Bike the UK for MS

- Cost: A registration donation of just £25 is the only initial cost for you! Most costs are covered such as vehicle support, route leaders, team cycling jersey and overnight accommodation, leaving you to only cover transport to and from the ride and food during the trip.

- Fundraising: A commitment to raise £1.50 per mile, totalling £1,530, helps us fund vital MS support services across the UK and fund research to end MS.

- Accommodation: Embrace the adventure with overnights in community centers, sports clubs and camping, with options for alternative accommodations if preferred.

- Support: We provide you the platform to help reach your goal to ride across Britain. This is a supported bike tour where roughing it is embraced. Rest stops will be provided throughout each day by our Route Leaders and mechanic support is available. You only need to think about food as you go.

- Preparation: Participants receive training guides, fundraising support, regular check ins and one to one support ensuring you're fully prepared for the adventure ahead.
