IRONMAN 70.3 Monterrey

SWIM Swimming will take place in the man-made Santa Lucía river, which has 100% visibility and a warm temperature. It ends in the very center of the city, just a few meters away from transition area in the Macroplaza. IRONMAN 70.3 Monterrey will have a Rolling Start, with the fastest swimmers starting first. BIKE The fast bike course is almost flat with a few vehicle bridge elevations. The ground surface is paved and in very good shape. The course comprises two laps along the express lane of Constitution Freeway. RUN Run course is flat and paved, with only a few stairs going out of transition area. The entire course will be marked every Mile and every 5 kms, with aid stations every Kilometer. Route will be completely closed to cars and unofficial vehicles.
