Germantown 50k and Relay

ORRRC invites runners to experience the picturesque trails of Germantown MetroPark, Montgomery County. The course takes you through cedar forests, prairies, and past scenic hills and valleys, testing skills and endurance. The looped trail begins and ends at the Cottonwood Shelter, including sections along Twin Creek and former-growth forests, with several aid stations along the way. Expect to traverse an approximate elevation gain of 3,000 feet, with a single cutoff time enforced for the final loop. Participants can enjoy aid station treats and a special vegan-friendly tortilla bean soup at the finish. Awards and commemorative wildlife patches await finishers. Runners must bring their hydration solutions as the race is cup-free.
