WELCOME TO EX SWIMRUN
Welcome to a weekend full of Swimrun in Sollentuna. On Saturday we host the ARK Supersprint invitational and on Sunday the EX23 Short & Long.
ARK Supersprint
In 2021 we launched the first ever individual Swimrun Supersprint. An extremely fast knock-out race to crown two Supersprint Champions. You can secure a spot next to the elite through a Time Trial.
EX Long 23km
A fast and cool 23km race with lots of swiming in and around beatiful Edsviken. Pursuit start 12.00-13.30. The course consists of approximately 4.5km swiming and 17.5km running = SWIFA 20%. EX Long is an ÖtillÖ Merit Race.
EX23 Short 14km
A short and fast 14km race with a high degree of swiming and easy running. Start 12.00. The course consists of approximately 3km swiming and 11km running = SWIFA 21%. EX Short is part of the Swedish sprint swimrun series.
