Bulldog Bolt 5k / 1mi Pet Walk

Welcome back to Year 3 of the Bulldog Bolt, a dog-encouraged 5K or 1 mile course through beautiful Saelens Park in Durand, IL. See last year's video recap here: 2023 Recap Video

The Bulldog Bolt is a community fundraising event hosted by Anytime Fitness Durand in partnership with DARTS (Durand Area Retailers, Trades, & Services) with all proceeds benefiting the 4th of July Festival here in Durand.  Our goal is to create an inclusive, family-friendly experience for everyone from the seasoned runner to the absolute first timer who has to carry their Pomeranian most of the course. 

Start time is 8am with the course route set to start and finish in Saelen's Park. Our hydration stations will make sure all participants and their fur babies stay hydrated and have a fun race. Participants will receive a limited edition Bulldog Bolt shirt (be sure to register before the t-shirt order deadline) and finisher medal. Afterwards, visit the awesome selection of vendors who have something for everyone.  

We love being a part of this community and truly believe events like the 4th of July Festival is what memories are made of. Your participation is a great way to foster healthy activity in this wonderful community, all while supporting a great cause.
