Fleet Feet Montclair, Black Men Run, and Brooks have partnered to host an event in honor of Ahmaud Arbery, using running as a symbol for racial equality and community solidarity. Participants worldwide have been inspired to show support since Arbery's passing, commemorating his life through physical activity and advocacy. The event's proceeds will be donated entirely to the Black Men Run Foundation. This nonprofit organization focuses on improving health and wellness among African American men by fostering a communal running culture. The gathering concludes at Sankofa Cafe, providing an opportunity for shared community experiences and promoting a collective call for justice.
