Mountainrun Grindelwald

Experience the Grindelwald mountain run, a unique mountain running adventure! Start at 1045 metres and climb the mountain up to 2155 metres, surrounded by the imposing backdrop of the Eiger, Mettenberg and Wetterhorn. The first 500 metres take you through picturesque Grindelwald before your real challenge begins. The EKI Sprint awaits you at kilometre 2 - show off your skills and win CHF 200 for being the fastest runner! At kilometre 4, you can fortify yourself at the Bort refreshment station before tackling the steep ascent to the Waldspitz. Once you reach the top, another refreshment station invites you to take a short rest. The Finale Grande then awaits you: the final stage through the Gelber Brunnen, followed by the breathtaking finish on Grindelwald-First at 2155 metres.
