Palisades Half Marathon

Join us on Sunday, October 6th, 2024 for the Palisades Half Marathon. This breathtaking 13.1 mile route leads runners along the banks of the Hudson river over the rolling hills of the Palisades cliffs. The race starts and finishes at Ross Dock Picnic Area in the Palisades Interstate Par, in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Runners will experience the unique majesty of the ancient cliffs soaring hundreds of feet overhead and views of the Manhattan skyline just across the water. This race supports a good cause! Proceeds benefits the Palisades Parks Conservancy and the network of 29 parks and historic sites stretching from the GW Bridge to the Shawangunk Ridge and the Catskill Mountains. The Palisades Half Marathon is a challenging but rewarding race. With an elevation change of over 1200 feet, this course may be tough, but the setting makes it more than worth it! Run along the historic Henry Hudson Drive—one of the nation's first recognized scenic roads—as you ascend and then descend the cliffs. *USATF-NJ SANCTIONED AND CERTIFIED*
