Milltown Java Jog

Race Description/Details:

Milltown Java is pleased to host our annual Milltown Java Jog 5K on January 13, 2024 at 9:00 AM. This year, someone very dear to us, one of our own, is battling cancer, and all race proceeds will go towards her medical expenses. The racing community is a comradeship bonded by hard work, ambition, and encouragement in the quest to obtain better health and personal bests. We ask you to dedicate this year‘s run to Jerry Jo Creech as she fights her own personal battle. Please join us in praying for her full recovery. We are late posting this year‘s race so we would appreciate your sharing the race with your running groups. Businesses may advertise on race day by being one of our sponsors. Sponsors are listed on race t-shirts and banners and may distribute business information or coupons in race bags or set up a business table on race day. Sponsorships cover race expenses, allowing us to maximize our contribution. Please contact us to be a sponsor. As always, we will be serving a complimentary breakfast after the race to all participants.  This is always a fun, exciting start to the new year. We hope to see you on race day! 

Packet pick up will be available Friday, January 12th from 6:30 AM to 5 PM or at our outside registration table on race day beginning at 7 AM.

Participants registered by December 29th will be guaranteed a shirt on race day. Other participants will have a shirt printed following race day.

Registration fee is $35

A free breakfast will be provided for participants.

Note: There will be no refunds or exchanges.

Awards/Categories:
Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each category:

15 and under, 16 - 19, 20 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 - 69, and 70+. 

There will also be an overall male and female winner announced as well.

Course:
The course runs from downtown to the residential and rural parts of Princeton. The terrain is mainly flat paved roads with some natural trail. USATF #NC18018BW
