- 5k is out and back on flat path in the park

- 10k is the 5k course repeated twice, 15k is 5k course 3x

- turn around markers have bright red cones and chalk on the ground

- medals for all participants, no shirts to keep costs low

- results posted on the website evening of the race

- small, fun, friendly run or walk open for all

- time limit for 15k is 2.5 hours (16 min pace), for an early start please email [email protected]
