- 10k is the 5k course repeated twice, aid station every 5k loop

- 15k 3x 5k course 

- water/gatorade/Gu gels at the start/finish for 10k/15 every 3.1 miles

- 15k time limit finish by 11AM, early start option at 8AM if 

more than 2.5 hours are needed, please email us [email protected]

- course through beautiful nature preserve on railbed trail

(~25% paved, 75% hard packed gravel/dirt)

- medals for all participants, no shirts to keep costs low

- results posted on the website evening of the race

- small, fun, friendly 5k, 10k, 15k
