Bedford Triathlon Team Relays

Triathlon Relay Format: A team consists of 3 athletes, who each complete the swim, the bike, and the run in relay; all three members of the team must complete each discipline in turn before the team moves on to the next discipline. All changeovers between team members take place in transition, In other words, 3 connected relay races using all three Triathlon disciplines. The event represents great value for a sprint distance triathlon and much more fun too! We are limited to 144 teams so its never too early to reserve your team places
