Not notified on bib collection expo . No bins to give at the venue either , just the same for the t shirt. Timing mats not placed at the strategic loop points. Some runners cheated by crossing over to the other side. There was a rift at the start of the 10 k between the music group meant for the warm up and the organisers. One telling the other on how badly this is organised. Lax management. How good this idea, venue and stage could have offered ...wasted by bad management.
