Run for THEIR Lives 2021!  5K or 1-mile Walk, & Basket Auction!
  Thank you for participating in our 2nd annual Run for THEIR Lives event! Our last event was a huge success and we look forward to another great year!  We are currently in communication with a couple Adoption Agencies as we seek out an adoption program that best aligns with Biblical principles. We believe that every life is sacred, valued, and deserves a loving family!   Pennsylvania is one of the highest-ranking states in our nation when it comes to drug issues, with Cambria County being at the forefront. Because of this, we see that the foster care system is over-crowded and families are greatly affected. By offering adoption services, we will have the opportunity to find loving homes for children who have been cycling through the system and longing for a family. We also believe that every life is sacred and valued from the moment of conception. Adoption is a combative force that stands against abortion and offers a solution to expecting mothers. Adoption is the answer! When children are placed in loving and nurturing homes, we will see the family unit strengthened and communities restored!    Details Registration is $30 and includes a Run for THEIR Lives 2021 T-shirt! Be sure to register before August 7th to ensure that you receive a T-shirt! T-shirts will NOT be given to anyone who registers after August 7th. This is a family event; therefore, children and strollers are welcome and encouraged! Kids 10 and under are FREE, but they still need to be registered for the event. Free admission does NOT include a T-shirt; therefore, if your child qualifies for free admission and would like a T-shirt, you may purchase one during the child registration process. Pets will NOT be permitted on the running or walking courses. There will be a 5K course and a 1-mile course. You may choose which course you would like to complete during the registration process. The 5K Run will begin at 9 a.m. and the 1-mile Walk will begin at 10 a.m. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. Please arrive early to get signed in, receive your Race Day Goodie Bag, T-shirt, and to prep for the run/ walk.  Following the Run/ Walk, there will be a light breakfast provided for all participants. We will then proceed with an award ceremony; giving awards to the top 3 runners in each age group. Throughout the post-race activities, there will be several giveaways as well as a basket auction that we encourage you to participate in!
