Meia Maratona Baía do Seixal

Half Marathon – the route, mostly flat, is 21,097 meters long, with the start and finish at Av. Silva Gomes (Quinta M.ª Pires), in Amora. Leave in the direction of Quinta da Atalaia (Festa do Avante!), along the road along the bay, enter the Festa do Avante! grounds, go around the lake and return along the same route, passing the starting point towards Seixal, traveling the road by the bay. In Seixal, pass through Rua Paiva Coelho, Av, Mud Juvenil, Av. Gen. Vasco Gonçalves, Miradouro da Qt.ª da Trindade, Rua Dr. Jorge Munõz Cardoso, Av. Gen. Vasco Gonçalves in an ascending and descending direction, turning right until the Hydrographic Base, where it returns, always along the riverside, to the Avante! festival site, making the last inversion to the finish line. It is a round-trip route, so participants should preferably use the right lane, so as not to harm runners travelling in the opposite direction. Minimarathon – race whose distance will be around 9000m, with start and arriving at the same location, follow the initial route of the Half Marathon until the roundabout in honour of the Volunteer Firefighters, in Seixal, where he returns the same route to the finish line. Walk – will start and finish in the finish area, covering approximately 6 km, between Amora and Seixal.
