Helsingborg Marathon

A really great marathon that isn't to crowded. Easy to find start location close to train station. Great route along coast and through parks. Plenty of drink stations along the route ( No gels supplied) enthusiastic crowd to cheer you on. route isn't flat a few hills along the way. Free entrance into the local sauna at the finish or you can take a dip in the sea to cool off since it was a very hot day when i ran. Lots of goodies to refuel at the finish and the feeling of not being rushed to get out of the finishing pen was a big plus. Great medal and really nice T-shirt.

Hills, Coast, City and Countryside.

Great scenic route through both the city center as well as parks and coastal areas. Beautiful finish line next to the sea. Good arrangements and festive feeling all through. Great work by the people of Helsingborg to cheer hou all the way to the finish line!

Ran here in 2016. Good route, whereby you take in the city and the countryside. Surprisingly well supported considering the size of the city. Really organised from expo to conclusion. Would recommend.

The track doesn't look difficult, but there were a lot of passed out runners. The run was perfectly organized

1. Excellent organization by Worlds Marathons; easy and comprehensive sign-up process 2. Interesting route, well marked; good on-course support [water stations etc] 3. Nice atmosphere; relaxed 4. Helsingborg is a pleasant city for before and after race activities!

Great race with easy logistics. Would strongly recommend an earlier start, say, 0800 am ,as opposed to 1000am

My first marathon. Born and raised in Helsingborg but never experienced the city this way. Loved it!
