Paolo Rossi (8:16:01) claimed the top spot ahead of close to 100 runners who braved the Trail EDF Cenis Tour 77km race through the Rhone-Alpes in Savoie, France.
Jerome Lassale and David Wamster tied for second with a time of 9:04:59.
Lassale spoent much of the race a few minutes behind Wamster.
For the women, it was Chiara Bertino (11:36:18) coming in more than an hour ahead of the field.
Runner-up Christine Guilaume was the next closest with a time of 12:43:54.
Third-place finisher Carole Amarge (12:54:49) was the only other runner to finish under 13 hours and 23 minutes.
Matthieu Brignon bested nearly 200 runners to win the EDF Cenis Tour 48km race.
His winning time of 4:28:37 was almost 20 minute faster than that of runner-up Adrian Vincent (4:47:08).
Emmanuel Gault rounded out the top three with a time of 4:52:12.
For the women, it was Laure Rebuffet (5:44:33) coming in just a few minutes ahead of Anaelle Anselme (5:47:39).
Sylvaine Cussot cruised to a third-place finish with a time of 6:03:34.
No other runner finished under six hours and 14 minutes.
Regis Durand (2:44:11) outran more than 150 participants to win the EDF Cenis Tour 30km.
Runner-up Pierre Juran posted a time of 2:58:32.
Third-place finisher Alexandre Solitaire (2:59:36), was the only other runner to come in under three hours.
For the women, it was Gaelle Warczareck (3:40:30) winning with ease.
Vania Sellami finished in 3:52:22, good for second.
Sylvie Angelloz rounded out the top three with a time of 4:01:06.
Oswald Besch (1:52:23) beat out nearly 200 runners to finish first in the EDF Cenis Tour 21km.
He was the only runner to come in under two hours.
Paul Mahut (2:00:14) made it in just ahead Loic Echardour (2:00:49) for second.
For the women, it was Juliette Delanoe finishing ahead of the pack with a time of 2:26:00.
In tight race for second, Estrelle Munnia (2:27:35) edged Audrey Marin Guion (2:28:01).
