Paul Tiongik scored victory at the inaugural edition of the Bibione Half Marathon with a time of 01:05:02. Coming in second was Henry Kimtai Kibet (01:06:47). Said Boudalia (01:07:48) made notched third place.
For the women, it was Elena Casario who took the top spot in 01:20:29 , followed by Paola Dal Mas who finished with a time of 01:20:56. Ruth Chebitok got the third place in 01:22:00.
