Geoffrey Yegon took top honors by finishing the race in 01:00:19. Amos Kipruto secured second in this year’s race with a time of 01:00:24. Leonard Langat got the third place in 01:00:33. In the women’s race, Fancy Chemutai took top honors by finishing the race in 01:07:58 , ahead of Violah Jepchumba (01:08:10). Rounding out the top three was Margaret Agai with a time of 01:09:43. With 45,149 finishers, the race should maintain its status as the largest Half Marathon in the world and the largest event in Sweden.
