Run the Race: A Missions 5k

Run the Race is 5k walk/run supporting Hill City Mission Trips. Hill City is a local DFW church with campuses in Cedar Hill, Mansfield, and Arlington. Every year, our church congregation participates in short term mission trips. Our teams partner with local ministries that are feeding and clothing people in need, educating and empowering children and families, and coming alongside the genuine needs of people in the places we travel. This year our teams are traveling to Israel, The Navajo Nation, Nevada, Guatemala, Spain and Colombia.  Help us reach these places and support the nations all while running a beautiful, local 5k!

The course is a simple out and back course on the BRAND NEW 1382 trail. It is a paved course which is stroller & walker friendly. The path includes beautiful views of Joe Pool Lake and the Cedar Hill State Park. Dogwood will host the start/finish line. Please park before 7:10am at our main campus on 1375 New Clark Rd. We will have a shuttle bring you to the race start at Dogwood, as parking is very limited. The same shuttle will bring you back to your car when you are done with the race. This year to bless the nations even more, we will be foregoing race t-shirts, but they'll be back at next year's race.

Bring your friends and family! Kids under 10 run for free! Register for only $30 and help send us to the nations! (This will be an un-timed race. So bring your favorite fitness tracker and run/walk with us!)
