why the T-shirt only has XXS size for me, and My acutual size is L, I cant accept this. its so bad

everything was very good. i was very happy that the race organisation, the beauty of the running area, the adequacy of the CP, the cleanliness of the WCs. i hope i can go again next year Thank you

it was perfect

542 / 5.000 The course was up and down. There were very sharp climbs. However, it was extremely enjoyable. The climate was very nice. The concrete floor on the course is quite long, so it requires being careful in order not to get injured. It was a very bad experience that they did not give anything to eat at the end of this challenging race. I could not find and eat anything, just drinks! I did not have any Egyptian Pounds with me either. It was very bad that they were selling in the course area. Runners should not be seen as customers at the finish line. The simultaneous starts of the 5K, 10K and Half Marathon races caused problems in the first kilometer. The slow runners blocking the left lane had a negative impact on the pace of the fast runners. Although 3 days have passed since the race, the photos have not been uploaded. There was no information about when they would be uploaded.

The organization was very good. But I got a kind of angry on the track bc of the water and Powerade bottles. It's a way easier for runners to drink it of paper cups (not plastic!). Btw it's very useless to drink one sip and throw the hole bottle away. And it's also cheaper to not wast a hole bottle for one sip of water or Powerade. Also for the guys they picked up the trash. A empty cup is not that heavy as a bottle with still liquid in it is. So think about this and do the next time better for the runners, the environment and even for your self.

The elivator profile was taff but nice.

It was my first marathon. I ran 10 k in 1 h and 4 min and 40 sec. Overall ranking was 479. It was a very nice experience. The event was ver organized and the preparation for the event was great. The control was good. And of course the location is the best.

It was a wonderful run, the weather couldn't be better. I was prepared for the hills but it was harder than I thought, lost some time walking 🚶‍♂️ ( I am over 60 ). Thanks a million for the organisers.

Great effort with the organisation and security. The organisers learned a lot from last year, well done for doing it large and well. Pack pickup efficient. Lovely route with views to the Pyramids. Be warned, it is hilly - one long one and one very steep one. About 1/3 to 1/2 truly flat. Good atmosphere. No spectators on route for security reasons and not great for supporters. Finish area fine, with a coffee stall. It is set up for max participation so don't expect to get your PB because all participants start at the same time, whatever their code or speed. So the first few mins will be spent getting past walkers - unless you are up at the start line a good half hour before or are good at nipping past people. However, just enjoy a nice run out and take some pictures (plenty of people to help with that).

It was the first time to run in marathon and I loved it very much
