Shawnee Pebble Pounder

The Shawnee Pebble Pounder does NOT provide SAG support.  There is NO on-route support for any bike mechanical issues.  Examples include a flat tire, broken chain or malfunctioning derailleurs or any other mechanical failure on your bicycle. Shawnee Pebble Pounder athletes are responsible for themselves throughout the duration of the event. This includes:Navigation of the course. While we will mark significant turns on the course, you should not rely on course markings. GPS routes/files for navigation can be downloadedFull Pounder:  https://ridewithgps.com/routes/44820052¾ Pounder:  https://ridewithgps.com/routes/44820078Interaction with local vehicle traffic. Roads are open to the public and athletes are expected to follow Ohio bicycle laws.Self-rescue if neededExpect NO cell/phone service on the route.There are technical sections on the Full Pebble Pounder.  If you are not comfortable riding steep descents, rutted, uneven and rocky terrain it is HIGHLY RECOMENDED that you register for the ¾ Pounder as this route by-passes the most technical sections of the Full Pebble Pounder.
