Mad Dash 5K and 10K

Back at the beautiful Harwood High School trails for the second year, the 26th Annual Mad Dash will feature the popular 5km run and walk on the same course as last year. There will be no 10km course option this year, which will make the 5km even that much more fun! Be sure to sign up the kiddos for the Kid's Fun Run in the field where they get to cross the finish line and all kids get a special metal. The leaves will be popping colors and the morning air will be crisp for this classic Vermont fall event. 

Registration for the 26th Mad Dash is easy. Register early and save more money. All registrations/donations benefit the Mad River Path Association, funding the expansion and upkeep of miles of Mad River Valley paths and trails. The Mad River Path Association is a member-supported, 501(C)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to build, maintain, and conserve a system of continuous public pathways from Warren to Moretown fostering a healthy community by connecting the people, businesses and special places of the Mad River Valley. www.madriverpath.org.

Race Day Schedule:
8:30am: Bib pick-up and day-of registration opens, coffee and snacks
               Silent auction opens
9:40am: Bib pick-up and day-of registration closes
10:00am: 5km race starts (presented by Sugarbush Resort)
                 Live music
                 Light lunch, self serve
10:45am(ish): Kid's Fun Run starts (presented by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of VT)
11:15am: Awards for 5km
 11:30am: Silent auction ends, winners pick-up and pay for items (credit cards, checks, and cash accepted)
                  Have fun, dance, hang out!
