Hannover Re 1/2 Marathon and 10K

Date: Sunday November 26, 2023

 

Location: Tucker Property (big field opposite the South Entrance to the Botanical Gardens) Due to a mosquito infestation on the Tucker Property Lawn the Start/Finish is going to be moved to John's Smith's Bay.   The route will remain the same – starting out going west, turning around at the entrance to the Tucker’s Property / Lagoon Drive and then coming back east. Start: 8:00 a.m. (7:30 early start option for slower runners only. Slower runner is defined as someone who does not expect to finish before the first runner who starts at 8:00am)

Number pick-up: On race day at Tucker Property At the new Start/Finish area (John Smiths Bay)

 

The race is sponsored by Hannover Re and all proceeds (sign-up fees and additional donations will go to the charity partners BNAA / Bermuda National Athletics Association and FoH / Friends of Hospice)

 

PRIZES: Top 3 Male and Female, 16-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 plus.   This is a rain, blow or shine event.

 

At the water stations along the race course there will paper cups with water and Gatorade available for runners to take from the tables by themselves (i.e. not handed by volunteers)
