Hard'ack Challenge 10k and 5k Freestyle Race

Race Format:  

Freestyle Technique: There will be no classic tracks on course, but you can classic ski if you want.

10k or 5k Distance: Distances are approximate. May be slightly more or less.

Mass Start

Start Times: 10k at 9:45 AM, 5k at 10:30 AM (or as soon as 10k finishes)

Day of Registration is available, CASH OR CHECK ONLY.

Trail Description: A mixture of open meadows and wooded trails, and a nice mix of flats and hills. Meadows are PB groomed, woods are Tidd Tech groomed, but generally just as good as PB grooming. We take our grooming very seriously and frequently recieve comments that it's better than most touring centers.

Directions to Venue:  Address is 179 Congress Street, St. Albans, VT.  Get off Exit 19 on I89. Take a right to go north on Rt 104 (it's technically East 104). Go straight through the next stoplight. A half mile later, turn left onto Congress street, and the entrance to Hard'ack is immediately on your right. Go past the dog park towards the ski hill. Parking for the race is in the lower lot. We'll have signs out.

About the Venue:  This venue also has a small downhill slope with a rope tow, a sledding hill, and an indoor pool. Availability of pool usage is unknown at this time.
