IRONCAT - L’Ampolla Triathlon

FULL In the swimming, 3 laps will be made in a rectangle at the Natural Port of Fangar, with departure and arrival at the Port of Club Nàutic de l'Ampolla. In cycling, there will be 6 laps in a 30km circuit. In the foot race, there will be 6 laps in a mixed asphalt and dirt circuit, 7km long. HALF In the swimming, 2 laps will be made in a rectangle at the Port Natural del Fangar, with departure and arrival at the Port del Club Nàutic de l'Ampolla. In cycling, there will be 3 laps in a 30km circuit. In the foot race, there will be 3 laps on a mixed asphalt and dirt circuit, 7km long.
