This was my first marathon so I have nothing to compare it to, but that being said I thought it was incredibly well organized. There were tons of water stations and they never ran out. The staff was super friendly, the pacers were cheerful. It was really good vibes from beginning to end, and cool to see the sunrise over Bangkok.

A mostly flat course. The only elevation was going up and down freeway onramps.

It was an amazing experience to run this race as a foreigner!

I really appreciated how well-organized the Bangkok Marathon was, complete with numerous water stations, plenty of free photo opportunities, and great food afterwards! The only aspect that might benefit from some improvement is the second half of the marathon route, which felt somewhat monotonous.
