About the event

WILDCAT MARATHON - MOUNTAIN BIKE ENDURANCE RACE

This is a one day event but will be in conjunction with the Southern Enduro Tour Stop #3 - the Northwoods Enduro held on Sunday. There will be a coveted King & Queen award for the top male and female who take on both the Wildcat Marathon and the Northwoods Enduro!

The Cedar Glades trails will be combined with the Northwoods trails for tons of fast single track, machine cut trail, loads of speed, and tough climbs to make sure your appetite is sure to be fulfilled by the end of your race day!

Course map with race distance and lap details will be provided to all registered Racers the week before the race.  Be prepared for around 50 miles for the full marathon and around 25 for the half marathon (Mildcat).  Pre-ride will be the Friday before the race.  This will be a Mass Start by category where there will be a short start lap and two full laps.  The Mildcat will start after the Wildcat categories have gone out and will do the start lap and then one full lap.

To keep our production quality high there will be a cap on number of Racers.  Once that number has been reached registration will be closed.  If it is at least three days prior to the race a Wait List will be created (see Wait List section).  Plan accordingly and register as soon as possible so you do not miss out.
