Women's Skills Clinic
One week before Strade Vino (March 30th), we will be doing a Gravel skills clinic and happy hour. Learn the fundamentals of gravel riding and racing with Ami Stuart, co-founder of the Boise Gravel Gala. After the clinic, enjoy some wine at the 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards. One glass of wine is included!
Podium shots
If you finish in the top three, please be available 10 minutes after the race for prizes and podium shots.
3 Horse Ranch Vineyards Ranch House
Join us after the race for food and drink! There is a tent reserved next to the patio of the ranch house after the race. Food and drink will be available after 12pm.
Parking / Driving
If you’re driving to the course between 11AM-3PM, please go counterclockwise on the course. For example, if you're arriving from Eagle/Boise on Willow Creek, when you reach the gravel, stay right on Willow Creek Rd, then turn left onto Pearl Rd, and right into the parking area. This should be against the flow of cyclists (see course map for reference).
Parking is located across from the main building in the field lot next to the small house. See the map for reference.
Open roads
The course is open to regular traffic (and sometimes cattle), so please watch for oncoming traffic and try to stay on the right half of the road. Please do not stand in or block the road, especially near the start. Also, if you're parking near the course, please pull all the way off the road.
If you are going to be lapped by another field, please stay to the right to let them pass. We will have motorcycles leading the races as well as follow vehicles.
Weather: As with road, gravel events typically run rain or shine (see photos from April 1, 2023). Cancellation due to weather will only occur if conditions become hazardous.
Timing
Laps will be chip timed by OmniGo! and results will be available online following the events.
Restrooms
Portable restrooms are available next to the parking lot. The restrooms at the restaurant are only available to patrons who are already seated at a table.
