Shred the Tread 5k

Shred the Tread 5k is an indoor endurance race held on Woodway treadmills at Shred415 Greensboro studio. The event accommodates eight participants per time slot, with runners and walkers both welcome. Participants receive a goodie bag, t-shirt, and medal upon completing the race. Prizes are awarded to the top three male and female finishers, as well as the top overall master male and female participants, courtesy of Omega Sports. Two timers ensure accurate recording of results, and additional raffle prizes are available from event sponsors. Participants must adhere to time slot guidelines and cannot stop their treadmills mid-race.
