✰Whether you are deep in training and need to get in a 20-mile long run, or if you are a beginner who wants to try running/walking a few miles, we want you to move with us!

Route with directions posted below. Whether you are running 3, or 20 miles, we want you to join us and move! Our mapped route is 9 miles - customize your mileage by going out and back, completing a full loop, or more!Great opportunity if you are on the fence about training for a fall race!Recovery items will be available to try after the run.Q&A - Ask any questions you may have about our Run Club! *Extra Mile fun run/walk uses the city pathways. We ask everyone to be mindful of the crosswalks, and cars on the road. Anyone under the age of 12 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
