Welcome to the 26th Annual Off-Road Assault on Mt. Mitchell!  We're very excited for another year of racing in the Old Fort, North Carolina area.

*New in 2024, we are adding our sister companies' race, the Uwharrie MTB Challenge into the Pisgah Triple Crown.  Yes, we know that Uwharrie National Forest is not Pisgah National Forest, and that a fourth race doesn't make the Triple Crown name make much sense.  However, adding this fourth race into the series will allow us to make the series the best 3 of 4 events.  Race all four and drop out your lowest score. Or maybe you can only make 3 events and you will still be able to qualify for series awards.  In 2023, we gave away wheel sets from our friends at Industry Nine along with forks and dropper posts from our friends at Fox Factory for our series podiums.  

 

Routes

Changes to our 2024 route that we think everyone will be excited about.  Just before getting to aid station #2, we will hop onto the Gateway Trail off of Jarrett Creek Road.  This addition will keep us at the 60-mile range for ORAMM with this next change taking away some mileage.  Our second big change will be riding the new Bernard Mountain Trail instead of Kitsuma for a second time.  If you have not ridden this new trail yet, you're in for a treat.  Click the link below to go to our interactive course map on Ride With GPS.

Start Time is 8:00 AM

Aid Station 1 cutoff is 12:00 PM (Mile 15)

Aid Station 2 cutoff is 2:00 PM (Mile 26)

Aid Station 3 cutoff is 4:00 PM (Mile 36)

Aid Station 4 cutoff is 7:00 PM (Mile 50)

*We reserve the right to pull any riders before a cutoff time if we feel they are unfit to continue.
