McCloud Mountain 5K

Welcome all to the prized land of McCloud Mountain on the upper plateau!

For this event we are opening the gates to our property to allow runners and spectators the opportunity to view our spectacular views across the property throughout the 5K course. Proceeds will benefit the property as well as local charity partners who help with our operations throughout the year. 

The course will consist of a mix of terrain with 75% being asphalt, some wooded trail and a small portion of gravel.  The course has roughly 200ft elevation considering how minimal this sounds from the tip-top of a mountain! The course is on the verge of being a trail run, but not legit enough to call itself one completely!

Awards will be awarded to top 3 per gender overall as well as top age group per 10 year increment. Winner of the 5K for men and women will each receive a voucher for one nights stay at the property hotel on site, valued over $200. Other awards will feature day passes to return to the property on open dates for pictures, picnic and fall foliage photoshoots, you definitely will want to come back!

The one mile walk option is available to those who want to support without the sweat while exploring the mountain mile route.  This event is not scored or awarded but does receive a t-shirt and photographic memories that are sure to be dreamy.

**Be advised, this event takes place over 2200ft above sea level and may affect individuals differently. Temperatures are normally 10-15 degrees cooler in the morning than lower points in the area.
