Course highlights
The course offers picturesque views as it winds past major attractions like Ikeda Lake, the largest lake in Kyushu, and Mt. Kaimon, often called Satsuma Fuji. You'll run through fields of early-blooming rape blossoms and encounter numerous popular private aid stations serving local specialties. This course is beginner-friendly and welcoming to participants of all levels.

Very well organised, good but challenging and hilly route, great support from locals and volunteers, very good food and water stops en-route. 2020 was my second time here and it's hard to fault it. You might not run a fast time here, but it's highly recommended.
