Hook Mountain Half Marathon & Rockland Lake 10K

The Hook is a renowned community event featuring a half-marathon with a challenging hill climb near the finish. Both the half-marathon and a newly introduced 10K race start and conclude at Rockland Lakes North Parking Lot. The 10K offers a flat, two-loop course around Rockland Lake. This year introduces pacers for participants’ support. The event proudly supports Meals on Wheels in Nanuet and Achilles International, promoting well-being and inclusivity. Meals on Wheels delivers nutritious meals while reducing isolation for seniors. Achilles International empowers those with disabilities through athletics, breaking down barriers to participation and achievement.
