This structured approach ensures that you'll be well-prepared for the ultimate challenge that awaits you.
In addition to the Saturday rides, we're excited to offer six Rosie Up sessions dedicated to Paceline progression training sessions on select Sundays, starting January 7th. These sessions will focus on refining your cycling skills and techniques in a supportive and encouraging environment.
We've scheduled five or more Q&A sessions/off-bike clinics on Thursdays to complement your on-bike training. These sessions will cover various topics, including nutrition, bike maintenance, and mental preparation, providing you with a well-rounded education to enhance your overall cycling experience.
The culmination of your hard work and dedication will be celebrated at the grand finale of our training program – a 100-mile all-women gravel century ride on Saturday, May 11th, coinciding with Mother's Day weekend. This event is not just a ride; it's a celebration of your achievements and the community of strong, empowered women you've become a part of.
