$25 - age division medals will be awarded.
Helmets are mandatoryNo floatation device may be usedNo snorkeling device may be used12 under division swim 100 meters, bike - 4.5 miles, run - 1 mile
Novice 13 and up division swim - 100 meters, bike - bike 4.5 miles, run - 1 mile
Competitive division swim - 200 meters, bike - 9 miles, run - 2 miles
