Belinder Elementary Brave Run

Lace up your running shoes and join us for the Belinder Brave Run!

The Brave Run is a family friendly 5K and Fun Run on October 6th, 2018.  Funds raised go to the Belinder PTA General Fund, supporting school initiatives and resources. 

The 5K chip-timed course begins and ends at Belinder Elementary, going through Prairie Village. Runners and walkers at all levels and ages are encouraged to participate. Strollers are allowed on the course and can start at the back of the race behind the runners.  There will be a water station on the course.

For those who want a shorter challenge, the Fun Run is a 1 mile run, finishing under the race archway.

5K awards will be given to: Top Overall Male and Female, & to First, Second and Third place males and females in each age group: under 10, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up

Participants in both events will receive a short sleeved t-shirt.  Food and drinks will be available after the race.

Packet Pick-Up will be at Belinder Elementary School (7230 Belinder Avenue) on: 
Thursday, October 4th from 7 to 8 am & 3:15 - 4 pm
Friday, October 5th from 7 to 8 am
Race morning, Saturday October 6th, from 7 to 7:45 am
