About the event
Ethan Monson-Dupuis died at age 25 from an accidental heroin overdose in 2016. Join us in the effort to destigmatize addiction. Help raise awareness that addiction is a brain disease, not a character flaw or lack of will power.
Run or walk in honor of someone who is in recovery or who had lost their fight.
All proceeds go to The Ethan Monson-Dupuis Opiate Recovery Fund through Aurora Health Care Foundation.
You can register online until midnight, Wednesday August 2nd.
For in-person entrants, Packet pick up and on-site registration will be at the Greenfield Public Library, 5310 W. Layton Avenue Greenfield, WI, on Thursday, August 3rd from 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM and Friday, August 4th from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. You may also register day of race from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM. Fee for in-person registration is $35, Thursday and Friday and $40.00 race day.
The in-person fun run/walk will not be timed and there will be no awards.
For virtual entrants, If you live in the Wisconsin Counties of Milwaukee, Washington, Ozaukee, Racine and Waukesha, t-shirt and bib number pick up will be at the Greenfield Public Library on Thursday, August 3rd from 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM and Friday, August 4th from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If you live outside these five counties and within the Continental United States, and you register by July 24th, your T-shirts and bib numbers will be mailed to you.
