Angel Echevarria (2:43:51.2) edged Scott Dunlap (2:43:54.4) to win the 6th annual Camarillo Marathon just east of Oxnard in California.
John Ciaravino finished a distant third at 3:06:44.5.
For the women, it was Anna Rose Carlman (3:07:11.3) coming in comfortably ahead of the field.
Sherri Dorton secured second with a time of 3:23:22.6.
Laura Gonzalez (3:39:46.4) rounded out the top three.
