Half Marathon results
Willie Milam (1:07:57) came in comfortably ahead of more than 1,700 runners to win the 7th annual Lake Sammamish Half Marathon in Redmond, Washington.
Matthew Urbanski took second with a time of 1:12:49.
Jacob Fure (1:13:42) finished just ahead of Jens Munk Nielsen (1:13:51) for third.

For the women, it was Sarah West (1:20:52) cutting more than two minutes from her third-place finish a year ago to take the top spot.
Nikki Leith (1:22:32) earned runner-up honors with a time of 1:22:32.
She finished fifth a year ago.
Samantha Mazer (1:22:50) rounded out this year’s top three.
